FREE SHIPPING

Shipping is free, worldwide.
The shipping method is: EXPRESS SHIPMENT and varies from 1 to 3 working days from receipt of order for ready-made goods (this does not apply if the product is to be customised).


Holidays are not to be considered. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the cost of the shipment.
Delivery will be made to the address indicated in the order. The product shall be shipped to the address indicated at the time of purchase. The customer is required to check the accuracy of his data and therefore also of his address; if the address is entered incorrectly, MLDL DI MARIA LUISA will not be held responsible and any returns will be charged to the customer.

Upon receipt of the product, the Customer, or the person appointed by him, is requested to
a) check that the package is intact, not damaged or wet or in any case altered, even in the closing: any complaints must be reported to the courier and the same must be accounted for at the time of signing for the withdrawal by means of the wording "Withdrawn subject to control"; otherwise the package shall be considered correctly delivered and without anomalies and/or alterations;
b) check that the products correspond to what is indicated in the transport document and/or invoice in terms of number, quality and type; any disputes must be reported to the courier and the same must be reported at the time of signing for collection by means of the wording "Withdrawn subject to control"; otherwise the contents of the package will be considered free of defects.

Deliveries are made during normal business hours at the address indicated by the User and in the manner specified in the order summary. When the order is shipped, the User receives an e-mail with the tracking number in order to view the progress of the shipment. Upon delivery, the User must verify the contents specifying any anomalies in the delivery form.
In case of failure to deliver the products by the deadline set by the carrier, the products will be returned to Maria Luisa Craia, who will refund the purchase price but not the shipping cost. Maria Luisa Craia cannot be held responsible for errors in delivery due to inaccuracies or incompleteness in the completion of the purchase order by the User, for any damage occurring to products after delivery to the carrier company where arranged by the User or for delays in delivery attributable to it.

Orders outside European Union: for all destinations outside the EU for which the preparation of C.I.T.E.S. documentation is required, the delivery time of the shipment may exceed 14 working days. Users may be subject to customs and import duties. Maria Luisa Craia has no control over these charges and can’t tell the User exactly how much it may cost, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. All customs fees, of all kinds, will be charged to the User.

Maria Luisa Craia shall not be held responsible for any delays due to customs clearance of the goods and any additional customs costs not attributable to her.

At certain times of the year, shipments with C.i.t.e.s. certification may be disabled for internal organisational reasons and the Customer will therefore not be able to proceed with the order.

The User subscribe to a commercial relationship with Maria Luisa Craia and therefore undertake to accept delivery of the package.
